Simply fill out our online order form, provide us with your prescription details, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our team of pharmacists will review your prescription, package it securely, and ship it directly to your doorstep.

If you already have a prescription at another pharmacy, we can easily transfer it to us.

Transferring Your Care is Easy
Give us a call, or a message to start the conversation - and we’ll gladly create your very own profile on our pharmacy system, with your contact info, your allergies, etc. We guarantee if your insurance works at your current pharmacy, it will work at ours!
You have two options to transfer your medications to our pharmacy:
1. Ask us for a transfer of your file: We'll call your pharmacy, nothing for you to do. We'll call your pharmacy, nothing for you to do. We do all of the work, and even your insurance information will transfer over seamlessly. It really is that easy!
2. Wait until your new prescription: Bring it in, or ask your doctor to fax it to our pharmacy: 709-458-3377

Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
Absolutely! We direct bill all major insurances. We guarantee that if your insurance works at your current pharmacy, it will work at ours!
No problem! If you don’t have your card, we can get the numbers from your current pharmacy or if they transfer your medications it will come automatically on the fax sheet.
We ship all of our medications securely via Canada Post, so your package will come just the same as your regular mail.
We subsidize the cost of delivery for our patients, and all you will pay is a $10 flat shipping rate – whether you have 1 medication or 10.
Once you order your medications – either by phone or online, we typically ship the next business day. Delivery from Canada Post to rural Newfoundland or Labrador usually takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order so you can keep tabs on it!
No way! We package your medication in a box with no identifying information on the outside, just your address and ours 🙂
At this time, we can only mail out items that aren’t refrigerated due to temperature constraints. If you take insulin or another refrigerated product, please give us a call to discuss your options 709-458-3366, ext 1.
