Transferring Your Care is Easy
Give us a call, or a message to start the conversation - and we’ll gladly create your very own profile on our pharmacy system, with your contact info, your allergies, etc. We guarantee if your insurance works at your current pharmacy, it will work at ours!
You have two options to transfer your medications to our pharmacy:
1. Ask us for a transfer of your file: We'll call your pharmacy, nothing for you to do. We'll call your pharmacy, nothing for you to do. We do all of the work, and even your insurance information will transfer over seamlessly. It really is that easy!
2. Wait until your new prescription: Bring it in, or ask your doctor to fax it to our pharmacy: 709-458-3377

Absolutely! We direct bill all major insurances. We guarantee that if your insurance works at your current pharmacy, it will work at ours!
If we really can’t find it, we’ll try to work with your insurance company to see if we can get your billing information from them.
No problem! If you don’t have your card, we can get the numbers from your current pharmacy or if they transfer your medications it will come automatically on the fax sheet.
This is a myth! Your Doctor has no ties to pharmacies, other than that’s where their office is located. You can get your prescription anywhere you want to. Your Doctor honestly doesn’t mind one bit where you get your prescriptions!
Nope. We don’t charge anything extra for the time and the care we put in to creating your personalized blister pack of medication. The only thing is that by pharmacy regulations we can only do 1 month of packs at a time, so depending on how much you pay for you medication, it might be more expensive. BUT we will absolutely talk that through with you and let you know BEFORE you decide.
Our professional fees are actually less than many of the “Big Name” drugstores! But you’re getting so much more. Your pharmacy & medication experience matters to us.
